We have switched to on-demand production. That means that if you order a suit that very suit gets knitted and and then sent to you. Please allow 3-9 business days for production and 2-3 business days for shipping. We won’t hold any inventory so only what is ordered gets produced.
Please be sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing and order. Domestic orders require a verified U.S. billing address; we do not ship to freight forwarder addresses.
Deta is not responsible for packages delayed or lost in transit. Once package has been scanned, responsibility for shipment lies with the courier. If you experience a delay or any issue with your shipment, please contact the courier that has been provided to you directly.

Duties and taxes
Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
Because of prior issues shipping internationally with USPS, our preferred courier for international shipments is DHL. You may request for us to ship via USPS but please know in that case that we cannot be liable for lost packages.
